Based off reviews I decided to size up & I'm so glad I did. I normally wear am 8 in everything so I went with an 8.5 & it's perfect. They're so comfortable, I got them for the gym. Walking & weight training since they're flat. I'm already wanting another pair. I love the lace locking feature, I've never seen that before & love it!

Perfect shoe for cross training

I had done a lot of research looking for a great shoe for the gym. The Metcon 7s are perfect for strength training and also great for cardio. They're super sturdy, and provide me the support I need. Would definitely recommend. The only thing is that they do run small. I'm typically a true 8.5 and I ordered a 9, which fit perfect.
